utensils--Can you guess what are they used for?

On the classroom table

It's cool today!
Jasmine's class is always interesting!
This afternoon she showed some utensils which was used in the farm. All of them are the things I have never seen before, and the process of trying is even more fantastic! Listening to Jasmine's introduction to the state of Wisconsin while whipping the butter seems a short time before we realized that the butter has already done there. It is a bit magic!
This is the best way to know a place and it's people, and this is my intension to be here as well. I always hold the view that culture is the essense and resourse of a language. Without knowing it's people and it's culture, language usage is like a house in the sky. And as a teacher of English, I always think my English is a bit lame. I am glad now I have the opportunity trying to make it up by seeing and hearing as much as possible!
